With the fast development of the sport our coaching team and structure are also quickly developing.
The Australian Coaching Team works hard to provide Australian Youth and Open team athletes with a variety of support to help them achieve their best when representing Australia both domestically and internationally.
Sport Climbing Australia's Coaching Team is also currently working with our coaching committee on a national framework for the professional development and accreditation of Australian climbing coaches.

climber having represented Iran at IFSC events. Khosro is now eager to contribute to the Australian climbing community. |
National Team Physiotherapist - Katie Kaminsky |
Katie is a Sports and Exercise physiotherapist with over 9 years’ experience working with climbers at all levels of participation and competition. She has been a keen recreational climber for more than a decade, and opened her own climbing physiotherapy clinic, Katie Kaminsky Physiotherapy, in Melbourne in 2016. She has worked at multiple State and National climbing competitions, as well as in other elite and sub elite sport. Katie also sits on the Sport Climbing Victoria board and is an active member of the Para climbing community including at a State and National level.
