Describe a Router Setter?  They are the artists of Sport Climbing. 

Select the holds to be used.
Decides the sequence of movements to challenge the climber on the wall.
Determines the difficulty grade (always be nice to the setter). 
Creates a particular climbing style (technical, powerful, dynamic, endurance-based, coordination-focused, etc.).
A setter personally tests and refines the route, so it is fair, safe, challenging and enjoyable and suited to the climbers on the wall.
